Sales Training Capability Manager

1.Plan, lead and manage key projects for ABOs' training and development and contribute ideas of strategic initiatives to improve quality of all training activities and programs
- Lead, develop strategic initiatives to deliver training operation plan in alignment with business strategy, ABO insight and market trend to improve training quality
- Lead and implement integrated communication for the projects at launch and post launch to attract more ABOs attention/ interest2.Coordinate with concerned department/ function for implementing strategic training operation plan
- Lead to conceptualize & develop effective internal & externally-provided training programs/ modules and training support materials
- Manage & maintain training delivery platforms to expand training’s reach and mentoring, measurement and tracking of Distributors’ training attendance & qualifications at effective cost & resource optimization
- Liaise with global & regional Training functions to gather relevant information, up- to- date training development & innovations to develop/ design local high quality, relevant and effective training programs/ modules and training materials3.Evaluate, monitor and report for continuous improvement

Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related ones, MBA graduation is an advantage
• Thorough knowledge and experiences in Sales & Training Capability Management
• At least 5 years experience in Capability Training Manager positions
• Experience in MLM or Insurance management will be an advantage.
• Good in analytical & strategic business planning skills
• High adaptability & change management abilities
• Excellent in high impact communication & presentation skills
• Good in partnership building abilities
• Positive attitude & high level of maturity
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel frequently
